Acceptance of Terms

By using the ThinkGPT AI platform (the "Platform"), users ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, refrain from using the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkGPT, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or connected with the use or performance of the Platform, the delay or inability to use the Platform, or for any information, software, products, services, or related graphics obtained through the Platform.

No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ThinkGPT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information available on the Platform. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the User's own risk. ThinkGPT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No Refunds

All sales are final. ThinkGPT does not offer refunds for any services provided on the Platform.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkGPT, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the User's use and access of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nevada, USA.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and ThinkGPT's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Updates to Terms

ThinkGPT reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to these Terms of Use indicates your acceptance of those changes.
